The estate is located in the municipality of San Gimignano in the province of Siena, a few km away from the historic center of San Gimignano. The building where the company is now housed was an ancient historical residence of the nineteenth century, now completely restored respecting the characteristics of the original architecture. The property covers an area of about 70 hectares in total destined for the vineyard, olive grove, arable land and a residual part in the woods. The cellar was organized according to the principles of the most advanced winemaking techniques, completely renovating the rooms and systems for processing, storing and aging the wine. Description of the buildings The real estate property consists of five buildings with a rural bound urban planning purpose. Building A The main building, recently renovated, is used as farm accommodation with adjoining garden and swimming pool. The building, of ancient construction, with a stone facade, traditional roofing with tiles and tiles, is articulated on two floors above ground, with 10 apartments consisting of living room - dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, with different types and surfaces. Renovated with care and top quality materials, with beamed ceilings, rafters and bricks. Building B The building, recently renovated, with a stone facade, traditional roof covering with tiles and tiles, is articulated on an above ground floor, used as a dressing room for the staff and reception of the farmhouse, with beamed ceilings, rafters and bricks. , single-fired floors, internal and external wooden window frames, with wooden doors for access. Building C The building consists of the 'farmhouse' on two floors, ground floor with warehouse and cellar and first floor for residential use, with attic used as a cellar. Renovated many years ago, but still equipped with all systems and with a moderate state of maintenance. Restoration plans have been submitted for this building, but work has not yet started. The appurtenant courtyard, consisting of spaces for yards connected to the cellar and warehouse and, to a small extent, to the house, has an area of approx. 1,020.00. Building D The building was made up of a former barn, but given the poor static and structural conditions, it was demolished and rebuilt. The gross surface is about square meters. 62.00 Building E The building consists of a single-storey warehouse for the storage of machines and tools, recently built and with a good state of maintenance. The gross surface is about square meters. 120.00. Description of the land and the farm The farm consists of a single body of 66.93.50 hectares. The bottom on which the farm falls is located at an average altitude of 200 m above sea level and is characterized by a hilly type with average slopes of 10%.
